Copyright is one of the biggest things in the world of today with the amount of Movies, Songs and business people have to copyright for there safety of there product. The reason for copyright is for you to have a product and what copy right does is tell the people that if you in anyway have the same name look the same like the logo the can sue. here are some examples.

·      to produce copies or reproductions of the work and to sell those copies (including, typically, electronic copies)

·      to import or export the work

·      to create derivative works (works that adapt the original work)

·      to perform or display the work publicly

·      to sell or assign these rights to others

·      to transmit or display by radio or video.

Here is an example of copyright if you use 20th fox logo as there own they can keep it and use it as their own logo.

This can effect my FMP by people using my company name for there films or college work also people could also use my movie and their own and summit it without me knowing so this is why i would copyright my FMP
