With the baseball clip it was just an image of him swinging a bat so clicked p on the clip that gave me position so i clicked on the stop watch which gave me two dimonds after i dragged the mouse over  both the diamonds i clicked window then i ticked wiggle this then gave me the option of if i want the clip to be smooth or jagged so i clicked jagged. once i clicked the jagged effect i changed the magnatude to 15 and 25 which changed the shake of the camera one finished with the shake of the camera i clicked on motion time which got ride of the blank outline of the shot.

With the image above it was shaking so i have to click on motion tracking then i changed the warp tracking to smooth which changed the image in two stages then it was done
